In real estate, trust is everything, and it often starts before an agent ever picks up the phone. It starts the moment someone lands on their website.
Amy Flashenberg has spent 17+ years designing digital experiences that earn that trust in seconds. As a seasoned user experience designer, she's led information architecture and design for large healthcare and hospitality organizations, where every interface had to reassure people making high-stakes decisions that they were in good hands. That's not so different from real estate: a website is often a buyer or seller's first impression of an agent, and it needs to convey credible, capable, and worth calling before a single word is read.
That's the thinking behind SaltBox Design Studio. Amy builds websites for real estate agents that are clean, fast, and easy to navigate, because a confusing or dated site quietly erodes trust, even if the agent behind it is excellent. Every layout, every word, every click is designed to make a client feel confident they've found the right person for one of the biggest decisions of their life.
