In providing a service or selling a product to a customer, trust is everything, and it often starts before a customer even picks up the phone or walks into the store. It starts the moment someone lands on their website.
Amy Flashenberg has spent 17+ years designing digital experiences that earn that trust in seconds. As a seasoned user experience designer, she's led information architecture and design for large healthcare and hospitality organizations, where every interface had to reassure people making high-stakes decisions that they were in good hands. That's not so different from a small business: a website is often a client or customer's first impression of a business, and it needs to convey credible, capable, and worth investing in before a single word is read.
That's the thinking behind SaltBox Design Studio. Amy builds websites for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and agents that are clean, fast, and easy to navigate, because a confusing or dated site quietly erodes trust, even if the business owner behind it is excellent.
With an education in psychology and a professional background in photography, Amy brings both an understanding of human behavior and an eye for visual polish to every project, because trust is built on both.
